The below video shows how to use a Kidalog Prefold diaper inside the Sprinkles Diaper Cover. This is a 2-piece, sized diapering system so you will need to buy larger sizes as baby grows.

Some parents choose the gDiaper system, which is a hybrid diaper. It uses a cloth cover that you insert a disposable absorbent pad into, and then you flush the disposable pad away, but you reuse & wash the cloth cover. The video below shows how the gDiaper cover can be used with a cloth insert:

The most economical diapering option is still the old-fashioned square (flat) cloth diapers, however, this requires folding the diaper to fit your baby. They can be used inside a Velcro-closing diaper cover, like the Sprinkles Diaper Cover, for a pin-less diapering system. If you will be using square cloth diapers inside a pull-on diaper cover, like the Longlife Pants or Breathable Longlife Pants, you will need to pin the diaper.
